Professor Lahaie's play DOGFALL, which is about doctor-assisted suicide and the right-to-die movement, won SETC's Getchel NEW PLAY AWARD, NCTC's NEW PLAY AWARD, the Mark Gilbert NEW PLAY AWARD, and was a semi-finalist in Edward Albee's Last Frontier Theater Conference. Professor Lahaie just closed MARTYR!, a new translation of Pierre Corneille's neo-classical tragedy Polyeucte. The new translation was translated by Professor Lahaie and his wife, Dr. Ute S. Lahaie. For more information about this and other projects, click on the Stage Director link.
